I'll respond now though, and hope this helps you or someone else!
If you don't have a grill, you could follow the instructions through the step of coating the ribs with sauce , and then cook them under the oven broiler until they are warm and the surface has caramelized. Just be careful they don't burn or catch fire, and be prepared for some splatters in your oven. I had the Barbecue 3000 and used that along with the other spices you mentioned. The only change I made was to add a heaping teaspoon of Beef Better Than Boullion to the water. My husband said that next time he would oil the grates of the grill first because the sauce made the meat stick. But I really like this recipe and as a bonus, I think it would work great for entertaining or anytime you want a make-ahead meal. The meat could be simmered in advance, then refrigerated and grilled (or maybe even broiled?) at the last minute.
Thanks for the recipe.MaryJo Boylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01431251509051465623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4408200542344140440.post-72165813454422198442017-02-09T11:14:06.958-07:002017-02-09T11:14:06.958-07:00I have been away from my blog for a while, but jus...I have been away from my blog for a while, but just catching up today and saw this comment.
